Tackle WarehouseRandy Howell, the 40-year-old Springville, Alabama angler has won the 2014 Bassmaster Classic. Spanning over three days, Howell amassed 67lbs, 8oz. Randy credits his family and his savior, Jesus Christ, for making this all happen. Howell stated, “It was amazing…a friend told me not to second guess my gut. I was going to start the day at a different spot, but had an overwhelming feeling and turned around and headed back to Spring Creek.”

That decision helped Howell catch fish on a Rapala DT-6 crankbait, as well as a Livingston crankbait that dove to approximately 8-feet (soon to be released). Together, with both baits, Howell credited his fish catching success to these two companies. To look at the Rapala DT-6 series at Tackle Warehouse, click here! Congratulations to the Howell family!
